If you wish to cancel your order, you can do this by using the same Email service. Any email cancellations should contain:

  • Complete name (first name and last name)
  • Email address
  • Order number

The information you submit should be identical with the one you provided when you initially placed your order with us. Please, provide valid information as this way we can contact you to complete the order cancellation process.

 

We are going to do everything to cancel the order as soon as possible. In case that you submit the order cancellation and after that, the equipment is still shipped out, we are going to refund the complete amount, including the shipping fees. If the order cancellation is received after the equipment was shipped out, we are going to refund the equipment amount, with the exception of the shipping fees.
