Cine Ultima ensures a 30-day period Money Back Guarantee. In order to benefit from this service, you have to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can obtain the number by simply contacting us through our Email facility. As well, you have to ask for a return within 30 days from the sale date. We do not accept returns after the 30-days period. The returns that are not accompanied by the RMA number might be refused.     

IMPORTANT NOTE: The customers who request a return will cover the return shipping costs. In case that the return is because of filming equipment’s defects, we are going to take care of the shipment fees. As well, if the customer requires equipment’s exchange, he or she has to pay the shipment costs. All pieces of equipment are shipped via FedEX and the shipment fees cannot be refunded.

The items that are returned to Cine Ultima must present the original package. In case that the returned items are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, the customer is responsible for the damage. In this case, additional fees might be required. As well, the repairs of the damaged equipment are going to be supported from the customer’s refund. Usually, a refund is processed up to maximum 10 business-days period.
