                       The Replacement Foot is designed for replacing the factory foot on the rotation collar of your lens and also serve as the Arca-Swiss style quick-release plate for your lens.You will not need to use any other quick-release plate. The Replacment Foot formulates your lens handle better on tripod head, like ball head, and also makes it easier to pack.The Replacement Foot decreases the overall height of the lens by about 1.5", lowering the center of gravity in order to get accurate balance when using on a gimbal head or SIDEKICK Gimbal Adapter.

Note: This particular plate mounts so close to the lens that it is difficult to use the plate as a handle.

                   The Replacement Foot has been specially designed to allow for best possible gimbal head performance and may be essential when using particular lenses on SIDEKICK Gimbal Adapter.The Replacement Feet offers the same double safety stops and Flash bracket compatibility as our lens plates. They are milled to slide right into an Arca-Swiss style quick-release clamp,It has 1/4" & 3/8" threaded holes for mounting to non-quick-release tripod heads or monopods.
